What to do: Building long-term relationships with VIP players by offering personalized conditions, addressing their concerns, and meeting client needs. Player activity analysis. Regularly analyze VIP player behavior, including game preferences, deposits, and bonus usage, to develop tailored offers and recommendations that increase player engagement. Customer-oriented approach. Quickly and efficiently respond to VIP client requests and complaints, ensuring problem resolution to maintain a high level of product satisfaction. Upselling. Monitor VIP player activity and identify opportunities for additional sales by offering attractive bonus offers to increase average check size. Product understanding. Deep understanding of the product, terms, and promotions. It is important to provide quality recommendations and advice to our VIP players. Teamwork. Interact with colleagues from the VIP department to exchange ideas, practices, and strategies for improving work with VIP clients. What do we expect from you: Minimum 1 year of experience as a VIP manager, customer relationship manager, support specialist, or in a similar position. Experience in the iGaming industry is a significant advantage. Fluency in Russian (C2) and English (C1). Proficiency in Spanish (C1) or German (C1) will be a big plus. High communication skills, proficient oral and written communication. Ability to listen attentively to the client, understand their needs, and offer solutions that meet their requests. Ability to maintain calm and professionalism in difficult situations, effectively cope with stress. Attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of information. Experience with CRM. Knowledge of Excel. Ability to work with analytical tools. Ability to work with numbers.
