Обязанности:
Overview We are looking for a Credit Controller to power up our team with the dynamic, self-motivated and interested person in professional growth. The Credit Controller will be reporting to the Head of Finance. Requirements Higher education in finance, tax, audit or accounting; Relevant work experience in finance, accounting, customer relations or related fields; Fluent English and Russian is a must; Excellent communication skills, politeness; Proactivity, customer orientation; Excellent organizational and time management skills; Knowledge of International and Russian accounting standards; Well-bred speech and good knowledge of business correspondence; Ability to work with large data files; Ability to manage stress situations; Analytical mindset, high level of responsibility; Ability to work independently. Responsibilities Preparation/review of contracts, negotiation and explanation of terms with/to customers; Billing, issuing of acts of acceptance; Cash collection management; Customer relations coordination; Maintenance and management of customer database; Customers’ payments allocation, daily accounts receivable tracking; Coordination with Admissions department; General assistance to financial department; Posting, reconciliation and revenue bank statement; Basic knowledge of financial data analysis; Cash flow management, sales; Control and reporting on debitors; Responsibility for billing and agreement preparation and archive; Participation in management reporting process and work on the improvements of the various analysis; Correspondence and phone communication with customers (phone calls and mailing); Sublease account receivable Aggregate SBP/POS payments from clients Preparation documents for court Other tasks according to Manager's request.
