We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Amazon Operations Director to join our dynamic team! As the Operations Director, you will oversee the development and growth of our brands on Amazon (2 brands , 45 ASINs) , manage a team of 15 employees, and ensure the smooth operation of all processes. Your primary responsibility will be to drive profitability across our product range while ensuring consistent brand success on the platform. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 15 employees, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Brand Development: Develop strategies for brand positioning, product launches, and ongoing market expansion on Amazon. Process Control: Oversee all operational processes, from inventory management to product listing optimization, ensuring efficient execution. Profitability Management: Analyze sales performance, cost structures, and profitability metrics to enhance the financial success of each product. Strategic Planning: Work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement short- and long-term strategies to meet sales targets and market goals. Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes. Qualifications: Proven experience in managing Amazon accounts. Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams. In-depth understanding of Amazon marketplace trends, policies, and best practices. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess profitability and performance metrics.
