Responsibilities: - Strategic partnership with management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. - Conduct HR analytics to assess the effectiveness of current recruitment and talent management processes. - Design and execute programs for attracting, selecting, and retaining top talent. - Analyze hiring data, turnover rates, and employee engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement. Develop onboarding, LMS and performance evaluation procedures. - Forster performance management, employee development, and career growth. - Implement new hr processes and upgrade current procedures. - Organize and conduct training for personnel to improve recruitment skills. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, civil law and internal company policies. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner role; - Minimum 3 year of team management experience; - Proven track record at production plants and managing remote teams. - Strong knowledge of HR analytics and recruitment methods. - Experience with Local and international labour market. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Analytical mindset and experience working with HR metrics. Work schedule 5/2, 8:00-17:00, remote work Salary: fix rate + bonuses, cumulative level of income from 150 000 rubles net.
