Citibank is a part of the largest international financial corporation with more than 200 years of history and it is looking for Diasoft Administrator. Diasoft Administrator will be part of a diverse and dynamic team who should provide support and ensure smooth and efficient operation of Diasoft Core Banking System. Diasoft Administrator will work with large variety of users and counterparts from business, operations, functions teams, development and testing teams including our Core Banking System provider Diasoft. Technological stack: Diasoft FA# Diasoft Flexterra Astra Linux PostgreSQL 12 and later Kubernetes Kafka, Rabbit MQ messaging platform Monitoring Tools : AppDynamics, Zabbix File transfer: gftp, winscp Scripts: bash, powershell Scheduling: cron, pgpagent WebService: RestApi, xml\soap\wsdl\https Logs: fluentbit, elasticsearch, kibana, zipkin Confluence Jira. Responsibilities: Support of Diasoft Core Banking System to ensure smooth and efficient operation. Perform regular maintenance and administrative tasks on CBS. Perform system parametrization to support changes in banking products and operational processes. Interact with business users, operational and functional teams. Provide 1st and 2nd line of support for Diasoft CBS. Install software updates, patches and maintenance releases of Diasoft CBS. Interact with Diasoft support and development teams to ensure timely resolution of bugs and issues. Prioritize, classify and resolve problems utilizing remote tools and distributed teams where necessary. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of supporting Diasoft CBS in financial organization. Sound knowledge of banking products, understanding of banks operational processes. Experience with PostgreSQL or Q.Database database infrastructure and management. Critical Competencies: High performance and result oriented. High attention to details. Demonstrate composed analytical skills to resolve issues in high pressure situations. Excellent communication skills to ensure efficient interaction between numerous stakeholders. Clear and concise written and oral communication in Russian and English (Upper Intermediate level). Education: Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience. Course certificates on the technological stack is desired.
