The mission is to make delivery easier and cheaper than getting out of a house or office. They deliver more than 2,000,000 parcels monthly. To remain on the forefront of this promising, often surprising yet already highly competitive market, each day we have to learn more about our users than we knew yesterday and than our peers understand now. We're looking for Data Analyst to join their team. You will be working as part of the Global Analytics Team. As a Data Analyst, you'll collaborate closely with data analytics and marketing teams to assess the effectiveness of performance marketing efforts and devise strategies for acquiring new users and reactivating existing ones. You will: Ensure that marketing data and reports are reliable, accessible and usable for analysis and decision-making; Facilitate data-informed decision-making across marketing and product teams to grow business; Proactively identify and suggest growth opportunities in user acquisition and retention. Create intuitive and informative reports to streamline stakeholder decision-making processes in BI systems; Support and monitor existing performance marketing metrics (СRs, CTR, CPA, CAC, LTV, ROMI) identify areas for improvement and develop new metrics that inform decision-making across the company; Manage end-to-end projects for cross-channel analytics development, understanding attribution models and providing optimization recommendations based on accurate analytical insights; Manage trackers and handle raw data from platforms such as GA4, Adjust, Firebase. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics; 2 years of experience in SQL and Data Visualisation (e.g., Tableau (preferable), Power BI, Looker, Metabase, or similar technologies); Ability to work in a self-guided manner and owner mentality; Desire to learn and adapt to new methodologies and tools; English level B2; Russian level C1. Good to have Master's degree in a related field; Experience with marketing attribution platforms; Experience with event analytics, setting up events in mobile and web analytics platforms; Experience with explaining technical analysis to stakeholders; Ability to manage complex projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
