Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our games and betting/social casino products. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in the market. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and priorities. Product Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, development, marketing, and customer support to deliver high-quality products. Ensure effective game balance, making adjustments as needed to enhance gameplay and player experience. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business and user impact. Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, multitasking, and startup-like environment. User Experience & Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance user engagement, retention, and monetization. Analyze user feedback and behavior data to continuously improve the product. Ensure a seamless and enjoyable user experience across all platforms. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success. Regularly track, analyze, and report on product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes. Present insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications: -Proven 3 years experience as a Product Manager in the mobile games and/or betting/social casino industries. -Strong understanding of game design, game balance, user engagement, and monetization strategies. -Demonstrated success in managing the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and optimization. -Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. -Proficiency with product management tools and software. -Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of industry trends and user behavior. Preferred Qualifications: -Experience working in a remote team environment. -Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations in the betting/social casino industry. -Availability to work in the Central European time zone.
