Projects - Megapolis or Wild West Remote work Responsibilities: Develop work plans, deadlines, and task priorities. Formulate and assign tasks according to plans, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Ensure timely task completion and coordinate workflows. Establish planning processes within teams and facilitate collaboration among game designers, developers, testers, artists, outsourcing, and outstaffing teams. Manage project risks and minimize their impact. Train and develop leadership skills in team leads, motivating employees to achieve set goals. Monitor team competencies, maintain existing processes, and ensure their relevance. Analyze potential and actual product issues. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in game development companies. Experience in organizing development processes and managing distributed teams. Proficiency in creating project documentation, Gantt charts, specifications, and working with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello). Familiarity with methodologies such as Agile, Kanban, elements of Scrum, and structured project management, with the ability to adapt them to team-specific needs. Understanding of product lifecycle and ability to manage product quality. Result-oriented, organized, and detail-driven. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. Nice to have: Strong knowledge of the market and specifics of mobile and social games.
