Responsibilities: Develop and support the IaaS(cloud) team as a Lead; Deliver adequate monitoring and failsafe solutions(HA, DRP) for OpenStack cloud; Support and scale company:Internal Open Source cloud solution.Our cloud - OpenStack (over 400 hosts in 8 installations Yoga).Ironic with Dell iDRAC9.VM on local storage without FC/iSCSI; Team load Management; Plans, organizes and implements strategies to achieve goals; Solves problems and operational issues; Technical interviews and close communication with the recruitment team; Addresses challenges and operational issues. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of people management experience as a team lead or manager; Proven track record of building efficient teams, including hiring, performance management, and development; Broad technical outlook and deep understanding of modern software development and high-load projects; A mastery of Linux.
