The Head of Medical Affairs is responsible for strategic leadership, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that medical strategies are fully aligned Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead medical strategies including medical communications, engagement with opinion leaders, investigator-led research, data dissemination, and external collaborations Lead the development of medical activities including publication planning, medical advisory boards, educational programs, participation in congresses, company presentations, conferences, and responding to requests for medical information Establish professional relationships with the medical community and exchange scientific knowledge with global and regional key opinion leaders Establish and execute a strategic publication and congress plan; work with internal colleagues to develop key messages on unmet need, mechanism of action, target product profile, and among others Partner with clinical development to facilitate enrollment of company sponsored clinical trials Work collaboratively with cross-functional colleagues (e.g. marketing, sales, patient advocacy, clinical, regulatory, legal and market access) to develop and execute strategic plans to execute provider engagement that drive disease awareness Diseases literature review and market analysis Key Qualifications and Skills: Degree in Medicine or life science, with postgraduate qualifications (PhD, PharmD, MD/DO) 5+ years in Medical Affairs Strong leadership in international medical and clinical projects. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Understanding of health authority requirements related to GxP. Strong analytical skills, ability to quickly interpret scientific / clinical research and literature essential Ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of global healthcare commercialization defining market issues & developing strategy for Medical AffairsПохожие вакансии
