Job responsibilities: Obtain licenses in different jurisdictions; Framing of contracts in the different jurisdictions; Framing Terms and Rules, AML policy; Analysis of occupational licensing requirements in established and new jurisdictions; Research optimal jurisdictions and opening of legal entities; KYC and Due Diligence; Opening accounts at the banks and PSP. Job requirements: Higher legal education; Work experience from 3 years; Understanding of foreign legislation or the ability to quickly analyze it; English C1, including legal.
