We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join the Profee Marketing department. What you will do: Manage our social media channels: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X – from conception to execution; Master the social media strategy: from short-term campaigns to yearly plans – with creative ideas and KPIs; Film videos (including the ones with yourself); Create content for social media: texts, simple visuals, setting tasks for the Design team; Support integrations with influencers and media; Launch gamification campaigns; Work with services and agencies; Discover and develop new channels and formats; Cooperate with other marketers. You are a perfect fit if you: Have hands-on experience with social media: from redistribution to creating special formats for particular channels; Speak English freely and idiomatically. We are addressing English-speakers, so we want our texts to be sharp and lively; Understand the key metrics; Can create visual content via CapCut, Adobe or similar software; Have a superstar-portfolio; Follow the latest trends in marketing & social, and are able to use them in your work; Are creative, result-focused and attentive to details. We consider an advantage your: Proficiency in other languages; Experience in fintech, IT; Experience with marketing 360 campaigns; Certificates issued by Meta (or similar).
