We are seeking a Technical Support Manager to join our team for managing Microsoft 365 services, and providing high-quality technical support across all levels. Tasks: Responsible collaboration in the provision of hardware and software; Administration of our Microsoft 365 services (management / integration/ Cloud Services / licence management); Ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure; 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support; Processing tickets in your own ticket system; Independent collaboration on current IT projects and processes; Expansion and maintenance of IT documentation and knowledge database. Your profile You have completed training in the IT sector or have comparable professional experience; You have sound knowledge of Windows operating systems; You have experience in administration and IT support; You have certifications for Microsoft Office 365; Good organisational skills and time management; Fluent English language skills (min. B2).
