Lead initiatives to foster an engaging, performance-driven environment, introducing tools to measure and continuously improve employee satisfaction, retention, and overall engagement. Talent Acquisition & Forecasting: Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes. Utilize data-driven insights to predict future talent needs based on company growth projections. Employee Relations & Change Management: Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, ensuring a positive workplace culture. Lead change management initiatives, guiding teams through organizational transformations. Compliance & HR Technology: Ensure compliance with labor law implementing HR technology solutions to streamline processes such as payroll, benefits, and performance management. Compensation & Benefits Strategy: Complete payroll transition, support in budgeting process. Learning & Development Programs: Help to implement learning initiatives to support employee growth and leadership development. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Run DEI initiatives, using data to identify opportunities for a more inclusive and equitable workplace. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; 2+ years of HR or People Operations experience Demonstrated success in change management, Excellent Excel skills Strong interpersonal communication skills.
