We are pleased to invite you to our international company The Stick Company (English brand - IMStick) for the position of PR Manager. The company develops, manufactures and distributes universal magnetic accessories for smartphones and tablets. We are looking for a manager who is skilled in working with media, influencers, and new communication channels. Conversational English at a work proficiency level is required. Experience in the US and UK markets is a plus. Your responsibilities will include working on a project to promote the main idea of a PR campaign to bring a new product to market. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the role will include: Increasing brand recognition and positive brand perception; Growth in media coverage and social media mentions. Responsibilities: Manage key PR channels and enhance their effectiveness: media relations, influencer collaborations, press releases. Effectiveness means increasing positive media mentions and social engagement while reducing costs or zero costs; Develop and implement a comprehensive PR strategy for the project, as well as a creative communication plan; This involves creating compelling narratives that align with the brand's goals and values; Work with influencers and media outlets; This includes building and maintaining relationships with key influencers and journalists to ensure consistent and positive coverage; Coordinate the work of contractors; Ensure all external partners are aligned with the company's PR goals and strategies; Collaborate with other company departments (marketing, sales, development, etc.) Requirements: English language proficiency at the upper-intermediate level; At least 3 years of proven experience in PR, preferably in a corporate or agency setting; Demonstrated success in managing PR campaigns and media relations is essential; Experience working with influencers and media. Proven ability to leverage these relationships for brand benefit; Higher education in public relations, communications, or related fields; Project and team management skills. Ability to lead and coordinate efforts across multiple teams and stakeholders; Reputation management skills are a plus.
