Baimskaya Copper Project is looking for potential candidates for the position of Recruitment Specialist within HR Department in Moscow Structural division: HR Department Reports to: Recruitment Supervisor REQUIREMENTS: Higher Education Minimum 3 years of experience in HR/recruitment for mining, oil& gas sector at international companies and/or projects including expatriate and national staff recruitment at different locations Experience in recruitment for various level of positions from low to mid-level management min. 3 years. Experience working with expatriate search preferable. Experience in recruitment min. 3 years (both in-house & recruitment agencies). Ability to handle high level of recruitment (up to 15 vacancies at the same time). English - Intermediate Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point). 1C ERP Responsibilities Search for suitable candidates from different sources for currently open positions, sort and classify in database for retrieval. Screen applicants by position and shortlist according to key jobs requirements. Interview candidates up to supervisory level on both national and expat positions, prepare assessment sheets and coordinate further interview process with line managers. Provide administrative support for hiring process from vacancy approval to offer letter & start date. Ensure all employment documents are received and internal arrangements for new hire are done Work with local and international recruitment agencies on vacancies and inform recruitment agencies if the provided candidate is already in the database. Maintain recruitment & other service contracts database. Coordinate the Company manpower planning process by providing recruitment support at expected level. Participate in Recruitment Campaigns & mass recruitment process. Prepare Reports after Recruitment Campaigns. Coordination of pre-employment medical checkups Prepare Weekly Recruitment Metrics Reports Participate in recruitment process automatization. Participate in projects with other HR sections, if required. Participate in development and recommend improvements to recruitment policies and processes.
