We are DGTLcast, a team creating large-scale events where technology, art, and imagination merge into bright and unforgettable experiences. We started with the largest IT community in the CIS, Product Camp, and have entered the global market with a new event format. Our events are more than just conferences or shows. They are platforms for creative ideas, technological breakthroughs, and inspiration about the future. We are currently looking for a Chief Event Producer, who will be responsible for creating and conducting events in the MENA region (the next ones in Dubai). If you're excited by ambitious tasks like bringing Sam Altman to one of our next conferences and establishing partnerships with Netflix and YouTube, and you're ready to generate, calculate, and implement your boldest ideas, then you are the candidate we are looking for. This position offers growth to CEO or even business partner, if you prove yourself and take full control of the event creation and execution processes. Responsibilities: You will take full responsibility for organizing and ensuring the financial success of the events, meaning you will be the one telling us, partners, employees, and contractors what needs to be done. Explore and test ideas for future events, develop creative concepts, and design the event itself. Draft high-level budgets and plans. Manage the team, contractors, advisors, and even the founder to deliver high-quality events. Attract and negotiate with partners, sponsors, and top speakers (cold outreach, conferences, forums—whether personally or through the B2B team). Attract B2C audiences and increase brand awareness. Ensure event profitability of at least 30% (or higher, since you'll receive a bonus based on event profits). Provided Resources: Teams of full-time and outsourced employees. Mentorship from the founder, directors, and advisors. Support in resource acquisition—anything that fits into the P&L. We expect from you: Experience in organizing international events with budgets from sponsors, ideally in Dubai. Residing in Dubai or nearby. Strong spoken and written English (C1 or higher). Most of the work is done through voice communication in English. Passion and ambition to become a project partner. Experience in negotiating with C-level partners. Attention to detail—begin your cover letter with “Hello, Future Tech Team.” Understanding of sales and marketing. Skills in event economics (cost optimization, budgeting, and expense management). Experience managing teams, contractors, and delegating effectively. Skills in hypothesis testing. Will be a plus: Living in Dubai. Established contractors, partners, and other contacts in the MENA region. Experience with barter agreements with contractors and partners (if you can secure deals for free, you'll be considered out of turn). What we offer: Full freedom of action. Propose what and how to do, and then execute it. This role offers growth to CEO or business partner if you take full control of the event creation and management processes. Remote work with flexible hours. No one will track when you start or where you are as long as you deliver the promised results. Top advisors in all areas. Financial terms are discussed individually after the interview (up to $2500 fixed, depending on experience and skills) + % from event profits, totaling $4000 or more based on performance. If you decide to apply, include in your cover letter which countries you have organized events in. This translation maintains the tone and structure of the original, keeping the key details clear and accessible.
