Responsibilities: Supporting the company through the pre-IPO and IPO processes, from preparation to listing on the stock market and/or investment platforms. Preparing financial models, business plans, and forecasts. Developing presentations, pitches, and other materials for investors and investment platforms. Building communication channels with investors and investment platforms. Professional Skills: Proven experience in preparing a company for IPO. Knowledge of legal requirements for issuing stock documentation and necessary corporate procedures. Excellent understanding of financial reporting under IFRS/GAAP. Experience in conducting full-cycle due diligence. Proficiency in financial modeling, company valuation, and preparation of forecasts and business plans. Experience in creating investment presentations, pitches, and campaigns for potential investors. Strong communication skills for engaging with investors. Mandatory Requirements: Higher education (additional qualifications are a plus). Experience in one of the following fields: ECM/M&A departments in investment banks, sell-side research departments in brokerage/investment banks, strategic consulting, or Big 4 M&A consulting. Proven experience in IPO preparation. Familiarity with key decision-makers in investment platform departments (advantage). English proficiency at the C1 level.
