Building an open and trusting relationship with campers is the foundation of our approach. Creating a camp experience is a collaborative task that should be a united effort of children and the mentoring team. We are looking for team leaders who are ready to dive into this complex process and guide their team with compassion and empathy.Salary: 12000-24000 for a 6-day shift Nearest dates: 17-23 Nov 2024 29 Dec - 2 Jan 2025 2-8 Jan 2025 Requirements: Experience working with kids and teenagers (priority to candidates with a camp background) Child Education major Advanced or Proficiency English level Our educational programs are focused on the campers’ intellectual and emotional development through their interests, and teachers sharing their own passions with their students. Our leading principles are learning through experience and communication. We welcome professionals well-versed in different teaching approaches and open to experimentation. We strongly believe that learning English in a camp environment should be done through fun activities focused on developing various non-language skills. Therefore the additional requirement for a teaching position is to possess expertise in one of the following fields: architecture drama chemistry visual arts music composition urban design public speech/journalism engineering Etc. Responsibilities: Lead campers in daily program classes and activities Assume full responsibility for all the campers in your team Teaching a series of workshops (depending on your field of expertise), 2 academic hours (45 mins) per day Taking part in developing the workshop curriculum Leading a language club (1h per day) - board games, sport games, debates, role plays etc Being an active part of the camp society Working Conditions: overnight camp, 5-7-day sessions meals and accommodation provided payment method: self-employed or temporary contract Please supply your application with an application letter, we would love to hear why our offer has caught your attention and what workshop you are applying to teach.Похожие вакансии
