Our client, international pharmaceutical company is in search of Alliance Manager. Key dimensions - Scope & Scale: Managing partner(s) in Russia with contract including both distribution and promotion activities. Contract management: gathering & tracking all KPIs defined in contract in alignment with all related stakeholders and establish rules for governance for the contract and performance. Ensure performance tracking including all Sales In, Sales Out, SI, SOM & P&L items management by identifying risk & opportunities on time. Organize and lead necessary key meetings with partners based on contracts such as Strategic, SOPs, Steering Committees. Managing all forecasting processes (supply forecasts, financial forecasts etc.) for the products under partner responsibilities. Main responsibilities: Regular collaboration between Partner and respective internal stakeholders (Trade, Supply Chain, Business Unit, Finance, Legal, Internal Control, etc.). Manage partners’ activities in coloration with relevant parties, respecting RACI matrix. Ensure partner performance which brings incremental value in line with objectives of KPIs in contract considering potential opportunities and risks in the market by closely following up. Manage forecasting processes and production processes to make sure deliver of the products with planned units on time. Manage all promo activities (such as approval of contents, sponsorship agreements etc.). Respond to requests from employees of the partners in the manner and within the competence of its officers. Managing key meetings with partners based on contracts such as Strategic, SOPs, Steering Committees. Knows and complies with the requirements of the current legislation, in particular the requirements of legislative acts listed in the documents regulating the activities of this job description. About you Work Experience: In-depth understanding of the market, competition, future market trends and entire local healthcare ecosystem. Experience in sales, finance, alliance management, trade management and supply environment. Understanding of Sales and Marketing operating model, P&L analysis and financial acumen. Divestment deals execution & good understanding of the non-promoted products dynamic. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills as well as influence, negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Negotiation skills notably with existing external partnerships/ Alliances. Highly complex project management. Fluent in English and local language needed. Strong execution skills with proven delivery of outstanding results. Ability to lead change while achieving business goals and objectives. Financial skills to lead the performance of responsibility perimeter. Ability to develop people, coach and give feedback.
