We are looking for an organized and motivated Senior Executive Assistant to support Kirill Perevozchikov, CEO of White Label PR agency. Your mission is to organize work processes, manage projects and assist with day-to-day tasks, demonstrating exceptional communication and time management skills. Task distribution: 70% business tasks, 30% personal assignments. Responsibilities include: CEO Management: managing the CEO's focus to achieve company strategic goals, scheduling, summarizing and following up, preparing reports and materials for meetings, consolidating tasks and coordinating their execution, and daily reporting on project status updates. Administrative block: setting up automations using AI tools, communicating with partners and journalists in English, building the CEO's idea library, distributing and monitoring CEO tasks to other teams, tracking work chats and social networks. Promoting projects through communication and uniting departments. Personal tasks: handling tax payments and contributions, search for a tennis coach.
