We are currently seeking a Business Assistant, who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of operations. Responsibilities: Processing and approving payments, and conducting regular financial audits to ensure accuracy in billing and expense management; Handling agreements and contracts; Efficiently managing incoming correspondence and inquiries, including researching information and preparing responses; Actively participating in project coordination, including coordinating task deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of results; Maintaining comprehensive records of all contracts, payments, and financial transactions. Requirements: Fluent in Russian and English proficiency (B2 level is acceptable); Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a marketing or financial setting; Strong organizational and multitasking skills; Ability to work well in a team environment; Attention to detail and accuracy.
