We are a fast-moving team of professionals building AI-powered mobile apps that enhance users' daily lives. We are looking for a creative producer with extensive experience with ads for mobile apps. Your mission? To build a machine that pumps out high-quality mobile ads. You are a good fit for this role if you have deep understanding of how mobile ads for non-gaming apps work, can get things done, and have top notch copywriting skills. Responsibilities Creative Ideation: Develop creatives that speak to our product, audience, and user’s pain points Trend Analysis: Analyze references and competing products, generating ideas based on current trends. Script Creation: Write ad scripts that make people feel something (Ideally, not regret) Strategic Insight: Analyze test results, generate insights, and refine strategies based on performance data to continuously improve ad effectiveness. Project Management: Collaborate with contractors (designers, videographers, voice actors, etc.) to ensure proper delivery and production of high-quality creatives. Qualifications Successful track record with ads for mobile apps. A love for crafting cool and compelling creatives. Strong understanding of effective copywriting principles. Sense of humour. Fluent in Russian, with advanced English proficiency. Experience with creative tools, including AI-powered design and content creation tools. What we offer Challenging work, no bureaucracy.
