Ready to dive in? You'll be doing: Creating and validating personalized marketing campaigns based on customer data and insights. Analyzing customer data and target them with tailored communications. Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel CRM campaigns with the help of the team. Monitor and report on key CRM metrics and campaign performance, especially ROI. Oversee the CRM system and ensure it is used effectively across the company. Carry out A/B tests to reinforce performance of CRM. What we need from you: Fluent in English (C1) and either Russian or Hindi as your native language. Killer communication skills - you know how to interact with players.
