Breakout Group is an international iGaming company with a project currently targeting India. We’re currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who helps us to develop our performance marketing in India. We have a strong understanding of the performance marketing and ready to share all our knowledge. We steadfastly adhere to our foundational values, which emphasize a focus on long-term performance, the development of our team, and continuous improvement across all facets of our operations. We are presently seeking a specialist whose professional ethos aligns with these principles. The ideal candidate will not only share our commitment to these values and contribute their experience to further development of our company. Responsibilities: ROI maximisation: you should deeply dive in traffic analytics and continue developing our expertise in this field regarding clients CAC, LTV, retention and other product marketing key metrics; Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the affiliate campaign to ensure seamless work: communication, problem solving, performance tracking and other; Affiliates partners integration: we use Affise for setting up post-backs, generating links and etc.; Development relationships with potential partners, including participation in iGaming events (ICE, Sigma and other); Analyse competitors, traffic trends and effective approaches on the market. Qualifications: English B2; Proven experience in marketing from 1 year; Basic understanding of key marketing metrics: Conversion, CAC, CPA, ROI, Payback period and etc.; Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and customer acquisition; Advanced interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written; Strong motivation to grow and develop your personal qualification; Knowledge of marketing sources such as SEO, FB, PPC, UAC, INAPP and other as a plus; Working experience with an Indian market as a plus.
