Обязанности:
Responsibilities: Responsible for the research and development from the approved design through the confirmation stage of your assigned products; Coordinate all phases of development utilizing the available resources of Design, Brand Management, Mould & Last, Materials, Fit&Wear Testing; Assist and contribute ideas for product design, construction, materials, compounds and components to enhance functionality; Generate a technical development package for each project for initiating the development process; Work with category team to develop projects within established timelines; Daily communication with our OSO team for expediting development process; Examine all prototypes to assure all specifications are correct and within product cost targets; Prepare and update project status reports in FlexPLM according to calendar deadlines; Work with Tooling Engineer to Sign off on all blueprints prior to opening sample molds; Coordinate the fit and wear testing at appropriate prototype stage with the fit & wear test coordinator. Evaluate the feedback and implement revisions from early prototypes to Confirmation sample wear testing; Assist on production quality issues when necessary; Complete Tech pack of Development project and handover to C&E team for production; Ensure that all of the necessary Confirmation samples, one pair each, are in the Warehouse; Ensure with the help of the POD team that in the showroom are the last two most recent samples on the shelfs. Requirements: Specialized education (shoe design and shoe manufacturing technology); Footwear production/shoe design with 3-5 years of experience in the industry; Analytical skills and creativity; Communication skills; Highly collaborative (close work with cross-functional groups).
