Job description: Business development: searching new logistic partners and evaluating the qualifications of potential partners Launching new partners from partners registration in system to contract signing and finishing the operational test Analysis of current partners performance and providing suggestions to replace the unqualified partners with new ones Analysis of business demands and exploring new regions/cities to cover Commercial terms negotiation with partners in according with the business & market demands in order to keep a good cost and service competitiveness in own network Supporting partners daily management, volume split with new capacity/coverage Job requirements: 5+ of years of experience in business development or suppliers management in logistics industry, preferred experience with last mile delivery Able to work with dynamic environment and have a good sense of market changes, and able to maintain effective business relations with partners Good level of English/Chinese, strong communication skills Strong negotiation and influencing skills Responsibility, enthusiasm, ownership.
