We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Website Administrator & Content Manager to join our dynamic Content Department. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and functionality of our products and technologies. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct comprehensive quality assurance testing across various content-related projects, spanning both production and technical tasks. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify, report, and resolve any issues or discrepancies, ultimately contributing to the delivery of high-quality content experiences to our users. Responsibilities:- Perform thorough quality assurance testing on content-related projects, including but not limited to websites, applications, multimedia content, and digital products;- Develop and execute technical projects that are related to content only;- Identify, document, and prioritize defects, bugs, and inconsistencies, utilizing established tracking systems;- Collaborate closely with content creators, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure alignment on quality standards;- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QA processes, tools, and methodologies within the Content Department.- Provide timely and constructive feedback to improve the overall quality and user experience of our content offerings;- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, and testing procedures.
