Job Description: As a Sales Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing sales training programs for different departments (including Customer Relations and Affiliate Department). Your goal will be to enhance the sales skills and performance of our team members, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools needed to achieve their targets and contribute to the company's growth. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deliver effective sales training programs and materials: online and offline. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for new and existing sales staff. Assess the training needs of the sales team and create customized training plans. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback. Collaborate with team leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest sales techniques, tools, and industry trends. Provide coaching and support to internal training team and individual sales representatives as needed. Track and report on training activities, progress, and outcomes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in T&D, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Sales Training Manager in corporate environment. Strong knowledge of sales processes, techniques, and best practices. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to develop engaging and impactful training materials. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to analyze performance data and create actionable insights. Proficiency in using training software and tools. Ability to travel. Most of the training sessions will be conducted in English, so a C1 level of proficiency is required.
