Обязанности: I. I. Organizing office work processes to fulfill the financial plan, namely: building business processes recruiting and training staff developing partnerships initiating marketing activities and execution participating in different events, including exhibitions, summits, conferences etc. attracting agents and clients increasing brand awareness in the country. II. Fulfillment of the sales plan: building sales channels for the company’s services, analyzing the effectiveness of their work selection and training of employees of the office attracting agents and partners to the company training of agents and partners to attract clients (including to business trips) consulting agents and clients upon company products/services initiating and participating in events to attract clients and expanding the agent network. III. Working with documents and reports: monitoring and analysis of the performance of all managers in the office building and monitoring the operational processes of the office (document flow, automation of processes through CRM, systematization of data bases of incoming contacts and existing agents/clients in the CRM system) developing the regulations for collaborating with the company’s services for office’s staff analysis of incoming requests from clients for programs and determination of the line of programs required for implementation working with contractual documentation of the office (interaction with clients, settlements with agents and partners, contractors, etc.). Требования: Higher education Strong experience in sales (preferably services with high price, luxury goods, consulting, banking) Developed leadership and communicative skills Ability to work in multitask mode.
