Tasks that await you: RecruitmentYou will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment: from collecting requirements and developing search strategies to forming and presenting an offer. You will conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to identify those who fully meet the position requirements. Collaboration with hiring managersYou will build partnerships with hiring managers (HM) and manage their expectations. You will also analyze hiring indicators, discuss them with HM, and change processes if necessary. Project management and strategy developmentYou will analyze the labor market and develop effective strategies to attract talent. In addition, you will participate in HR projects and recruitment events. We expect that you: Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree Have 3 +years of recruitment experience Are an experienced user of social media recruiting tools, especially LinkedIn Recruiter Possess excellent written and spoken English Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Are proactive and take a results-driven approach Are people-orientated and have an active mindset It'd be a plus if you Have international recruitment experience Know Spanish
