Responsibilities: Develop and implement community engagement strategies; Regularly monitor, respond to comments, and moderate discussions; Build relationships with community members and influencers within the community; Coordinate with the Marketing and PR team to maintain a unified brand and advertising strategies; Identify and analyze important community metrics to track growth and engagement; Manage community crises and resolve conflicts effectively; Organize and host events to drive community engagement and increase brand visibility; Recruit, train, and manage a team of community volunteers. Requirements: Experience in community management or a related field; international experience is preferred. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Communications. Open-minded and willing to embrace new ideas; strong self-learning ability. Good command of English. Conditions: Office work: Monday - Friday, 9:00- 18:00 (m.
