Temporary position to replace employee during maternity leave (1-1,5 years) Summary: We are looking for a Personal assistant with fluent English language knowledge (Chinese language- nice to have) and relevant experience in supporting top-management to join one of our most important departments. Main responsibilities: Planning and manage the day schedule of the line manager; Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate; Travel support; Planning business meetings, preparing presentations, making minutes; Interactions with different business departments; Responsibility for accounts and budgets; Participation in department's projects; To support team buildings and other department events. Requirements: High Education; Fluent English, Business English - really fluent one, Chinese- optional; Working experience on the position of Personal/Executive assistant; Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project); Wide experience in using different software for preparing presentations; Soft skills: proactive, dynamic, interested in IT, responsible, attentive, quick and intelligent.
