Обязанности:
A large international company requires Travel Specialist Responsibilities: Managing and supporting of business trips: booking of air and railway tickets for the office staff and guests, booking rooms in hotels (via authorized travel agencies and directly). Travel on-line booking tool. Trips' Report to migration specialists (2 time per week + by request); Full cycle of work with Moscow, St. Petersburg and regional (Yekaterinburg, Vladivostok, etc) hotels - negotiation about special rates and additional services, contracts, addendums; Providing visa support to employees (local and forein employees); Organization of VIP delegations' arrival and departure through VIP airport lounges; Providing entry and meal cards to guests, control of cards' returning; Interaction with meal provider (canteen) - control of service level, control of breakfasts, lunches and dinners' quantity, monthly report to accounting department about actual consumption and expenses (with detalization by each employee); Full cycle of subscription to newspapers and magazines - contracts, addendums, daily control; GA routine tasks. Requirements: Higher education; Over 2 year of experience; English - upper-intermidiate; MS Excel, MS Word excellent knowlage.
