MoonExpert is a payment system with a robust online banking infrastructure suitable for most online businesses. A guide to the world of e-commerce and consulting. We provide a full range of marketing services for e-commerce - from market research and consulting to BTL. What is to be done: Implement strategic hiring procedures and improve upon recruitment measures Look for various business-related roles, such as: KAMs, Sales Managers, BD Managers, Product Managers etc. Reaching out to hiring managers to discuss the progress of recruitment efforts Work with the human resources department and hiring managers to confirm hiring needs and requirements Conduct online and offline interviews Create and suggest new and effective interviewing procedures and techniques Process and track applicant job submissions Maintaining up-to-date records of all new employees hired by a company Participate in the process of adapting new employees Our expectations from the candidate: 3+ years of professional recruiting experience in Fintech or Payments field Experience in the selection of specialists for commercial and managerial roles Understanding of fair employment practices Excellent communication skills To be ready for a hybrid working schedule We offer: Official employment; Work format office (partial hybrid) with a start of the working day from 09:00 to 10:00; Competitive salary (according to your wishes and professional competencies); VHI, payment for meals, a discount on classes in a fitness club; Corporate English, participation in training/conferences, providing specialized literature (and not only in electronic form!); Ability to influence the final result and understand the business logic of products: we follow the principles of Agile; Bright and non-standard corporate events - where without them =) Submit your feedback!
