Our client is an international company. Responsibilities: Provide full professional HR support (labour law, compensation & benefits, annual performance, development & training). Engage with business leaders to understand key issues and relevant requirements to address current and future challenges. Set localised targets and regulations in line with the group's HR strategy. Work with business managers to plan and resolve staffing and salary increases in line with the annual budget cycle. Participate in the development of training strategy and oversee its implementation.Facilitate succession planning and selection processes at the local level. Managing the operational aspects of the employee remuneration programme. Conducting remuneration surveys in line with areas of expertise. Aintain up-to-date information on HR policies, programmes, industry trends and local employment legislation. Developing effective internal communications. Requirements: 5 + years of professional experience as HR Business Partner and/or HR Generalist in a multinational company. Ability to work across multiple levels of an organizational and both lead and work within teams. Strong working knowledge of employment law & practices. Conditions: Solo HR role.
