Обязанности:

International company, laboratory products. Our goal is to become leaders in the field of VR/XR, web3, machine learning and neural networks. The company develops and implements revolutionary solutions, setting new standards and inspiring to achieve the impossible in the field of information technology. You will play a pivotal role in driving adoption of our product suite and blockchain network within the Crypto and Sports industries. You will be fostering strategic partnerships within the DeFi, DePin, L1/L2 chains and sports sectors. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including decentralized applications (dApps), liquidity providers, exchanges,CEXs, wallets, and other ecosystem partners, as well as team members. Your primary objective will be to expand the reach of our decentralized product suite and network to increase user/application adoption. Responsibilities: Product Familiarity:Remain constantly up-to-date on the state of the Atleta blockchain and product suite. Market Research:Conduct in-depth market analysis to evaluate the landscape, and identify potential partners, competitors, and emerging trends within the broader crypto industry. Lead Generation:Proactively identify and qualify leads (partners, users, distribution mechanisms, etc.) through various channels, including outreach campaigns, events, direct messaging, conferences, and networking opportunities. Partnership Development:Cultivate and manage relationships with strategic partners, including dApps, liquidity providers, exchanges, wallets, oracles, media outlets, advisors, and any other relevant ecosystem participants. Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, marketing, and legal, to drive partnership integrations and initiatives. Education and Enablement:Educate partners and the broader community about the benefits and opportunities of Atleta, providing support and guidance as needed. Deal Negotiation:Lead negotiations and coordinate the execution of partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities. Metrics and Reporting:Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, including partnership pipelines, conversion rates, and impacts of deals. Requirements: 2+ years of experience working within the Crypto, Blockchain, and Web3 industry; Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or Degree in Economics, finance, business, or a related field; Command of the English language (C2 proficiency or Native); Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (DApps), with specific expertise in lending/borrowing protocols; Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels; Self-starter with a results-driven mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; Ability to collaborate in a remote work environment. Nice to Haves: Ability for ease of travel (participation in events); Exceptional organizational skills; Familiarity with CRMs; Experience working with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence); Broad personal network of professionals/projects in the crypto industry.
