As an inbound sales representative, your primary responsibility is to handle incoming inquiries, leads, and potential sales opportunities from customers who have shown interest in the company's products and services as well as building trust and loyalty between a company and its customers. Responsibilities: Responding to Inquiries: Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from potential customers who are interested in the products and services as well as customer questions. Understanding Customer Needs: Listen actively to understand customers' requirements, preferences, and pain points to offer tailored solutions. Problem-Solving: Identifying customer issues, diagnosing the root cause, and providing effective solutions or alternatives. This may involve troubleshooting technical problems, addressing billing inquiries, or resolving complaints. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions. Continuous learning is essential to stay updated on new features or changes. Sales Techniques: Use persuasive selling techniques to convert inquiries into sales, upsell or cross-sell additional products and services where appropriate Processing Orders and Transactions: Assisting customers with payments, processing refunds or exchanges, and handling billing or payment issues. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Input and update customer information accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system to track interactions and sales progress. Building Relationships: Establish rapport with customers to build trust and credibility, fostering long-term relationships and repeat business. Testing and Adapting Sales Approaches: Be prepared to test various sales techniques and strategies to determine the most effective methods for closing sales and increasing customer retention. Analyze results and continuously refine approaches to improve performance. Meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Adhering to specified SLAs, which may include response times, resolution times, and customer satisfaction targets. Meeting Targets: Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company, demonstrating consistent performance and results. Feedback Collection and Escalation: Gathering customer feedback on their experience and products and services. Escalating unresolved issues or significant concerns to higher-level staff or specialized departments for further investigation. Training and Development: Participating in training sessions and professional development opportunities to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities. Collaboration: Work closely with other teams such as customer support, marketing, product development, tutoring, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience. Maintaining Customer Satisfaction: Striving to provide a positive customer experience with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. This involves being empathetic, patient, and communicative. Experience required: Russian language, fluent English to hold confident business negotiations (B2-С1, American/British pronunciation!) Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in a similar inbound sales role. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and convey product information. Customer Focus: Genuine interest in understanding customer needs and providing solutions that meet or exceed their expectations. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and customer demands. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, email, and other sales tools to manage customer interactions and sales pipeline efficiently. Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the willingness to support team members and contribute to overall team success. We offer: Remote work.
