Currently, we are looking for a skilled and independent recruiter to join our team and manage the full recruitment cycle, with a specific focus on sourcing talent for the crypto industry. Our agency recruits specialists across various industries worldwide. Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to gather role requirements. Utilize various channels and platforms to identify candidates. Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills and experience. Guide candidates through the entire recruitment process (up to job offer and onboarding). Keep candidate information updated in our internal HR systems. Requirements: Proficiency in English (conversational level). Experience in recruitment, will be nice if you have a background in the crypto industry.
