Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead comprehensive marketing strategies across digital platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid channels. Oversee all aspects of corporate and product marketing, from market research and branding to performance marketing and lead generation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and tech, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Manage the marketing funnel, optimizing conversion rates through data-driven strategies and innovative marketing approaches. Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration. Lead international marketing efforts and expansion into new markets, focusing on growth in B2C and B2B tech domains. Establish relationships with stakeholders, investors, and external partners to enhance the company’s market positioning. Drive business growth by managing corporate development initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and strategic partnerships. Qualifications: Proven experience in senior marketing roles, particularly in the tech, investment, or digital marketing sectors. Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and scaling marketing operations. Expertise in market research, performance marketing, and strategic planning. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Experience with corporate finance, asset management, and private equity is highly desirable. Background in strategy consulting, project management, or investment analysis would be a plus. Strong understanding of analytics tools such as Firebase, Amplitude, and others to measure campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for innovation and creativity in marketing.
