Technical Support Specialist We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will be involved in delivering outstanding service in a dynamic and fast paced environment, working with the latest technologies. You will be offered to apply to the fullest your understanding customers’ needs and providing valuable support skills.Job Requirements • proven experience in IT customer services and support operation related field, including application support management and/or quality assurance; • sound understanding of web technologies and software issues to enable discussions with internal and external key stakeholders; • strong problem solving and interpersonal skills; • excellent written and verbal English. Job Responsibilities • end-user support in using, setting up and upgrading customer’s applications; • helping clients in identifying and resolving technical issues related to customer’s applications; • collaborating with developers in troubleshooting and bug fixing when needed; • managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date; • maintaining and updating the company website with as little as tech tips and briefs, and as much as fully rounded documents and procedures.
