3HCloud is a platform providing cloud computing and infrastructure services around the globe. We started 10 years ago in Russia and have been steadily growing since then. A year ago the company started expansion into USA market with 3HCloud brand. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to help drive our continued expansion into international markets. Responsibilities: Drive business growth by proactively reaching out to potential clients; Manage the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, opportunity development, and closing deals; Build and nurture client relationships to drive account growth and retention; Maintain CRM accuracy with timely updates for clear tracking and reporting. Requirements: 2+ years of B2B sales experience in complex IT solutions; Knowledge of hosting and infrastructure services (dedicated servers, colocation); Proven success in outbound sales, knowledge of various outreach strategies; Fluent command of English (B2 level or higher). What we offer: Competitive salary (base + commission). Base salary discussed individually + 1% of revenue from closed sales.
