We are looking for an experienced and driven Lead Project Manager to become a key player in our team. In this role, you will manage resources, coordinate the work of PMs, implement processes, and ensure effective collaboration with developers. Your primary responsibility will be to guarantee the successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards in game development. What will you do? Management and coordination of development and delivery processes Coordination of PMs of local departments Collaboration with development, design, and testing teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time Ensuring products meet stakeholder requirements Developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency of delivery processes and improve user experience Participation in release planning and product life cycle management Risk management and problem-solving that arise during development and implementation Establish a transparent, regular, and fast product delivery process Eliminate factors and neutralize dependencies that affect the work of the teams Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful project implementation What are we looking for? Previous experience in a PC/Console product game development company (3+ years) Experience as a Lead Project manager of at least 2+ years and management of a PM team of 3+ people Previous experience managing remote multi-location teams Ability to dive deep into complex issues of the project delivery A clear understanding of business planning, capacity planning Excellent leadership and communication skills Experience working in matrix management systems will be a plus As an advantage experience in the development of shooters (FPS\TPS) Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Russian and English (B2+) We Offer: An innovative project with no analogs on the market.
