We are actively developing and are looking for a Vip manager with fluent SpanishWe are looking for a proactive and friendly VIP Manager with knowledge of Hindi to maintain and develop relationships with our key clients. We need someone who understands the intricacies of communication and customer service at a high level, who is ready to provide a first class experience and resolve any queries for our VIP audience. Key responsibilities: Informational support of VIP clients of the company (calls, chats); Establishment and development of long-term partnership relations; Detailed identification of users' needs; Working with objections, taking measures to satisfy them; Presentation of product advantages, novelties and bonuses, individually selected for each client; Timely reporting. Our expectations: Proficiency in written and spoken English and Spanish: Experience in direct, active or cross selling will be an advantage; Experience in chatting/on calls with customers (the ability to communicate intelligently, listen to the needs and “pain” of customers is a true art that we value highly!); Responsibility and focus on results (this is the only way we will all work together to achieve our common goals and move to an even higher level than we are now).
