What tasks you will face Developing and implementation of new sales strategy; Generating and Maintaining a sustainable profit growth while aligning with the company's overall strategy and monitoring key performance indicators (margin, traffic, conversion, ATV, etc.); Making good relationships with partners; Set up KPI’s and keep them on track; What we expect from you Experience in sales of PR and Marketing services (it's the key requirement); Hand-on experience with CRM systems; Understanding social triggers to capture attention and motivate to buy; Deep knowledge of online and offline sales instruments and best practices; You speak English at least level C1; You have excellent communication skills, strong leadership qualities and are a team player; Willingness to confirm the experience with cases, portfolio (metrics and numbers); Make your own decisions and take responsibility for it; You are proactive and able to plan your work, predict the result and set tasks for the team; Always ready to negotiate and find mutually beneficial solutions; You are able to give and receive feedback.
