We are looking for a Data Analyst who will join our team in Limassol office. Responsibilities: Preparing data reports for external regulators and various internal departments regarding legal-related data; Creating and managing new and existing Tableau charts and dashboards related to moderation and support actions; Maintaining constant communication with the Product Manager and Moderation team leads, handling their requests for data extraction; Communicating with the product team regarding analytics for newly implemented tasks; Conducting research on existing moderation and support functionality to identify potential improvements and discussing them with the Product Manager; Implementing new events and properties that need to be tracked; Soft skills: solution-oriented, strong communication, and critical thinking. Requirements: At least 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role; Excellent proficiency in SQL; Strong knowledge of Python; Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Amplitude, or similar); Understanding of metrics and the ability to create them from scratch; Advanced skills in documentation creation and requirements gathering; Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with high attention to detail. Qualification that can be a plus: Familiarity with data modeling principles and best practices; Possession of data engineering competencies; Experience working with GitLab; Experience with Airflow.
