ManpowerGroup in Russia and the CIS and our client, an American pharmaceutical company, are looking for an Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Key responsibilities: support the Talent Acquisition Partners with contractual work for candidates; support with coordination of interviews and business assessments; manage the sourcing process for the Talent Acquisition Department by partnering with Procurement on the R2P process, contracts, SOWs, and collaborating with Finance on PO management, invoicing, and chargebacks; open and audit POs in Ariba system as needed; prolongation/ new contract creation with job board hh.ru, local ATS provider and agency for security check; ensure that vendors are meeting the Services Levels Agreements (SLAs); regular monitoring of open tasks and ensuring appropriate parties close tasks timely and properly; perform special projects and related duties as assigned; develop an understanding of Global Services operations and the J&J organization. Requirements: higher education; minimum 0,5 years of related experience is required; experiences with Procurement processes, vendor management, and finance/accounting operations; strong interpersonal skills to work with team members, clients, and suppliers; computer literate with knowledge of common office productivity software and the ability to learn customer service software applications (e.g., MS Office,) is required. Ariba Buyer knowledge is an advantage; experience partnering internally and externally to address people-related challenges is required; upper intermediate level English; preferred to have experience in e-market place and work with POs.
