Обязанности: • creation of loading plan in accordance with goods requirements for transportation (temperature conditions, ADR, etc.); • communication with transportation companies (placing orders, tracing payments, rates tender, new routes finding, etc.); • preparation of documentation for customs clearance (docs check, data and links creation in 1C Enterprise System, creation & filing documents required for customs clearance); • other issues handling with customs; • complain management with transportation companies and vendors (examine, resume &finalize) Требования: • Bachelor degree;• Certificate of professional development in logistics, foreign trade activity, customs affairs;• Min 18 month of experience in logistics;• Knowledge of export/import documentation;• Experience in 1C Enterprise System obligatory, SAP/JDE is a plus;• Skilled in Excel obligatory; • English-fluent.
