Job duties Ensures that each food and beverage outlet and banquet is managed successfully as an independent profit center Sets expectations and holds food and beverage leadership team accountable for demonstrating desired service behaviors Develops and manages all financial, employee engagement and guest satisfaction plans and actions for Food and Beverage department Develops and implements promotions, food and wine pairings, menu items and presentations Monitors all costs and recommends measures to control them Monitors service and food and beverage standards in all outlets and banquets Monitor and analyze the activities and trends of competitive restaurants, bars and other hotel's banqueting departments Makes recommendations for CAPEX funding of food and beverage equipment and renovations in accordance with brand business strategy Other related duties as assigned Required qualifications High school diploma, degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major is preferred At least 6 years of experience in the food and beverage, culinary or related professional area preferred in luxury setting Great attention to detail and creativity Communication and leadership skills Guest-oriented and service-minded Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
