Temporary contract - maternity leave (about 1.5 years). Responsibilities: To develop, align and effectively implement annual business strategy covering marketing activities, contribution, and market share objectives for the brands To maximize value generation both short and medium-term by initiating, developing, and implementing marketing activities in collaboration with cross-functions To align professional marketing strategy and supervise detailing materials preparation To lead new launches projects: business case development, alignment & launch success tracking To ensure cost-effective BME planning and managing according to agreed objectives To continuously monitor and evaluate brands performance to agreed milestones, analyze competitors environment and adjust brand plans accordingly To present business results on regular management reviews, input into cross-brand strategic performance reviews for local & regional management To create and maintain effective communication with internal and external contacts including, but not limited to: sales, trade marketing, supply chain, medical, professional marketing, legal, research teams and external creative agencies. To plan and manage market/consumer researches led by Research team To follow administrative and reporting procedures completing accurately and submitting on time according to established rules. Qualifications: 1.5 - 3 years of brand marketing in FMCG Experience in brand marketing with 360 support Independent management of ATL-BTL-DIGITAL projects Strong analytical skills Upper-Intermediate English Proficient MS Office user
